We are on a mission to get people to drink tap water and stop single-use plastics<\/strong>. This is a huge challenge because it’s difficult to change human behaviour and the commercial gain for TAPP Water is often limited. But let’s get back to this at the end.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our mission is based on success in 3 areas<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

Education<\/strong> – sharing facts and information about the benefits and quality of tap water. Because in most European countries the quality of tap water is just as good as bottled water.<\/span><\/li>\n
Product<\/strong> – providing an easy to use, affordable and ultimately effective water filter that delivers tasty and clean water from the tap. This is <\/span>TAPP 1<\/span><\/a>. But we not only stop there, we are in continuous search of the <\/span>best products<\/span><\/a> to help reduce plastic consumption day-to-day life. <\/span><\/li>\n
Community & Influencers<\/strong> – we cannot do this alone. We rely on our community of happy TAPP customers and fans. They help us promote the products and benefits to friends and family and their broader network.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
<\/p>\n
TAPP Water was set up as a for profit company because we believe that sustainable business goes hand in hand with the path to a better world<\/strong>. For every water filter we sell we can reinvest the profit in convincing another person to drink tap water and avoid plastic, and that is how we plan to avoid 1bn plastic bottles by 2020. <\/span><\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In many cases we do such a good job educating people that they move entirely to drinking tap water. This means that we make no money and loose in commercial terms.<\/span><\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
But here’s the nice thing<\/strong>. Even when we lose, we win because our mission is not maximizing profit but a world where everyone has access to affordable, clean and sustainable tap water.<\/span><\/p>\n
