How are Brits consuming drinking water?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
With all the debate about plastic waste from bottled water<\/a> and microplastics in tap water<\/a><\/strong> we wanted to find out where people get their drinking water from. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
We asked 500 Brits across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland<\/strong> to tell us about their drinking water consumption<\/strong> and his is what they told us.<\/span><\/p>\n
England<\/strong><\/h2>\n

66% drink the water directly from the tap<\/span><\/li>\n
34% use a filter<\/strong> of some kind<\/span><\/li>\n
15% mainly drink bottled water<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The most common complaints about tap water are<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Taste 32%<\/strong><\/li>\n
Worried about contaminants 31%<\/span><\/li>\n
Limescale 28%<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
